Role Purpose

As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in scaling our digital acquisition efforts, driving qualified leads, and ensuring effective delivery of paid campaigns. You will help us build and optimise digital channels such as Google Ads and LinkedIn, assess what’s working, and identify areas for improvement to maximise return on investment.

Working closely with our marketing team, you’ll gain hands-on experience running campaigns across multiple platforms, interpreting results, and translating insight into action. Key Objectives

  • Generate high-quality leads that convert into sales-accepted opportunities
  • Scale performance marketing channels efficiently, building on current return on investment (ROI) performance.
  • Continuously assess, evaluate, and benchmark marketing performance to optimise marketing spend & support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Delivery & Performance Management

  • Coordinate the execution and management of paid search (Google Ads, Bing), display and paid social (LinkedIn) campaigns
  • Monitor campaign KPIs (e.g. Cost per lead, Cost per opportunity, Return on Ad Spend) and support optimisation efforts across platforms.
  • Collaborate with our content experts to develop and iterate landing pages in Webflow for optimal conversion
  • Optimise ad creatives, targeting, and copy to improve performance

Performance Measurement & Reporting

  • Track and report on campaign performance using tools such as GA4, HubSpot and relevant advertising platforms.
  • Update and maintain marketing dashboards and campaign trackers
  • Responsible for quarterly marketing performance reviews presented to executive teams
  • Support benchmarking, forecasting, and ROI analysis to guide channel investments

Audience Research & Creative Input

  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to ensure campaigns are relevant and effective.
  • Help brief and review creative assets for alignment with campaign objectives
  • Stay up to date with trends in paid digital advertising and share relevant insights with the team

Campaign Hygiene & Support

  • Assist in budget management, pacing checks, conversion tracking and data accuracy
  • Maintain campaign documentation and performance playbooks for internal use
  • Participate in cross-functional marketing meetings to support campaign planning

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • Strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for performance tracking
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple streams of work
  • Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
