Your Impact in This Role

As the Education Customisation Associate, you will work closely with our Education Customisation Lead and play a key role in enhancing our customisation process, ensuring high-quality and efficient adaptations of our courses. You will work closely with a portfolio of clients to understand their industry context, learner profiles, and specific use cases. You’ll ensure that we deliver a highly customised and seamless learning experience with minimal client intervention. Your work will also include evaluating the effectiveness of our customisations to improve learner outcomes and client satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll shape the future of custom learning at Data Literacy Academy. You’ll use creativity, analytical thinking, and collaboration to tailor content and drive success. Every client has different needs, and your mission is to meet them with precision and flair.

• Adapt and tailor educational content to reflect clients’ industries, learner personas, and strategic priorities
• Interpret client briefs and align content tone, examples, and language with their brand and context
• Collaborate with large enterprise clients on complex or high-impact customisations
• Evaluate the effectiveness of content adaptations using learner feedback and engagement metrics
• Identify opportunities to evolve and improve our content customisation processes over time
• Champion inclusive, role-based learning that supports confidence-building for all learners

This role calls for someone with a strong blend of creative thinking, business awareness, and data literacy. You’ll need to be comfortable working with AI tools and have a flair for tailoring content to a wide range of learner types.

• A flair for creative problem-solving and a passion for inclusive, meaningful education
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and prompt engineering, especially in learning or content design
• Strong commercial awareness, with an eye for aligning learning outcomes to business objectives
• A confident understanding of data literacy and a passion for data - you know how to make it relevant, not intimidating
• Exceptional communication skills - you’re a confident communicator who can explain our approach to education and walk clients through their education content so that they understand exactly how we’ve tailored it to their needs
• Comfort working across teams and with stakeholders to translate learning needs into standout content
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset - you care about getting it right, not just getting it done
