About Data Literacy Academy

At Data Literacy Academy, we enable enterprise organisations to build data-driven cultures and drive meaningful transformation. Our high-value projects empower C-suite teams and senior stakeholders to turn data into a competitive advantage. We’ve helped industry leaders like Bentley Motors, BAE Systems, ASOS, Marks & Spencer, and Visa accelerate their data journeys – and we’re just getting started.

As a fast-scaling startup, we operate with the agility and excitement of a young company, but sell with the experience and sophistication of an enterprise player. Now, we’re looking for an ambitious Partnership Manager to join us on this journey.

Why This Role Matters

Strategic partnerships are critical to Data Literacy Academy’s next phase of growth. You’ll be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing high-value relationships with key partners – including software and technology providers, consultancies, and other ecosystem players who share our vision of data transformation.

Your work will directly impact our commercial growth by building scalable partner channels, driving co-marketing and co-selling opportunities, and expanding our reach into new markets. This is a unique opportunity to develop a new function, with clear visibility across leadership, marketing, and sales.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Execute a partnerships strategy to secure and maintain valuable partner relationships

  • You will manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from prospecting and onboarding to activation, enablement, and long-term relationship management.

  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Growth leaders to ensure alignment between partnership goals and business objectives.

  • Maintain a quarterly revenue target, ensuring that partner relationships contribute directly to pipeline and revenue.

  • Track and report on partnership KPIs, making data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to enhance impact and Return on investment.

  • Represent the company at industry networks, events and conferences to increase awareness and develop partner relationships

  • You’ll report directly to the Director of Marketing and collaborate closely with Account Executives and the Head of Growth. This is an individual contributor role with significant strategic influence and scope for expansion.

Who You Are

  • You have 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships.

  • You have a track record of developing, nurturing, and closing partnerships that deliver measurable commercial success.

  • You thrive in ambiguity, excited by the challenge of building and scaling a new function from the ground up.

  • You excel at creating and maintaining relationships with partners – from technology vendors and consultancies to complementary service providers.

  • You’re skilled at negotiation and driving mutually beneficial agreements built on shared success metrics.

  • You define and measure success through data-driven KPIs, always looking for ways to optimise and grow.

  • You work effectively across teams, bringing together stakeholders to deliver joint success.

Desirable:

  • Experience working within the data and analytics industry or with enterprise clients in the digital transformation space.

What You’ll Get

  • Build and scale a high-impact partnerships function from day one in a high-growth organisation

  • Work directly with senior leadership to shape how Data Literacy Academy expands its partner ecosystem.

  • Collaborate with industry veterans and cross-functional experts across marketing, sales, and delivery.

  • Join a high-energy, collaborative team that thrives on ambition, innovation, and shared success.
