We’re looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to help shape how our products are positioned, presented, and brought to market. In this role, you’ll develop compelling messaging, support go-to-market strategies, and equip teams across the business with the materials they need to engage prospects and learners effectively. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, marketing, sales, and education translating complex learning experiences into clear, value-led propositions that resonate with our audiences.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 1–2 years’ experience in product or strategic marketing who’s ready to take on more ownership and deepen their craft in a high-growth, mission-led business.
Salary
£28,000- £35,000 base salary
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Product Positioning & Messaging
- Develop positioning frameworks and value propositions across our programme portfolio.
- Translate complex educational offerings into clear, compelling narrative.
- Ensure consistent messaging across campaigns, channels, and customer touchpoint.
Go-to-Market Strategy
- Support the planning and execution of go-to-market activity for new programmes and feature launches.
- Coordinate cross-functional launches across marketing, education and sales.
- Track and report on the success of GTM initiatives, including learner and buyer engagement.
Sales Enablement & Internal Alignment
- Create sales enablement materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, objection handlers, FAQs).
- Maintain an internal knowledge base to strengthen product understanding across the business.
- Support internal product training sessions for sales and customer teams.
Market & Customer Insight
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis to inform positioning.
- Develop and refine customer personas.
- Gather feedback from sales, customer teams, and learners to identify messaging opportunities.
- Monitor trends in data literacy, EdTech, and skills-based learning.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential
- 1–2 years’ experience in product marketing or a similar strategic marketing role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to turn complexity into clarity.
- Experience developing product messaging, GTM plans, or sales collateral.
- Confident stakeholder manager with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, and HubSpot.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B marketing.
- Familiarity with positioning or value proposition frameworks.
- Experience conducting customer interviews or persona research.
- Interest in data literacy, education, or skills-based learning.
