Role Purpose

As a Programme Performance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in uncovering insights that provide a foundation for programme value realisation & ROI, improving learner outcomes and contribute to the broader success of DLA’s mission. This role is focused on surfacing use cases from our learners and maintaining a repeatable process for relaying these instances directly back to clients, supporting programme performance.

You will also be analysing learner data—from cohort engagement and pre-course baseline scores, to assessment outcomes and satisfaction scores in order to identify trends, surface opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations that inform both client delivery and internal decision-making.

You will act as the intelligence hub between Education, Customer Success, and Programme Strategy ensuring that learner experience is not only supported but continuously optimised through meaningful, data-driven insights. Your work will directly influence the way we shape cohorts, adapt delivery models, and realise client value from our education programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse learner data across programmes

  • Track and interpret learner metrics (e.g. pre-course baseline scores, assessment results, engagement levels, cohort demographics) to identify trends and patterns at cohort, departmental, and organisational levels.

Lead on value realisation & refinement

  • Programme performance is defined by the value extracted from our learners. You will lead on the refinement of all those captured value moments and making sure they are surfaced to the right internal people to take back to clients.

Generate actionable insights for Customer Success and Education teams

  • Translate learner behaviour and performance data into clear, practical recommendations that improve delivery, learner outcomes, and strategic alignment with client goals.

Monitor and evaluate cohort composition

  • Evaluate the makeup of cohorts across departments and roles to ensure alignment with learner personas and client objectives. Identify gaps or mismatches that may impact programme efficacy or learner confidence.

Support continuous programme improvement

  • Surface opportunities for adapting learning pathways, assessment methods, or delivery strategies based on quantitative and qualitative learner feedback.
