Education Delivery Manager

Role Purpose

As a Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of our live education initiatives, ensuring smooth operations, seamless collaboration, and exceptional customer experiences. This role requires project management expertise and the ability to think logistically.  You’ll also be responsible for ensuring that the team of industry professionals delivering our live learning experiences feel supported, equipped, and confident — because how we show up for them directly shapes how they show up for our learners.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on coordination, clear processes, and building strong working relationships. You’ll oversee onboarding, training, and day-to-day support for our educators and facilitators, as well as help establish consistent delivery practices across our sessions. You’ll also act as a key bridge between Education, Sales, and Customer teams when it comes to scheduling, resourcing, and delivery readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling & Delivery Operations

• Coordinate educator assignment using request forms and competency matching.
• Manage and update our delivery calendar and scheduling information.
• Maintain and grow our knowledge base, rotas, and internal delivery documentation.

Educator & Facilitator Relationship Management

• Be the main point of contact for Educators and Facilitators, responding to questions, troubleshooting, and providing timely support.
• Maintain clear communication around expectations, schedules, and resource access.
• Help us build an inclusive and motivating educator & facilitator experience to retain and grow our talent pool.

Educator & Facilitator Onboarding & QA

• Design and implement an onboarding and training process for new educators and facilitators.
• Collaborate with QA Manager to coordinate lesson observations and facilitate feedback loops to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain and update internal best practice guides and delivery policies.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work with the Learning Design team to ensure educators have all required materials once customisation has been applied.
• Liaise with Customer and Sales to align on client needs and scheduling priorities.
• Support new content launches by preparing educator resourcing and training.

Tools & Skills

Essential

• Highly organised and able to manage multiple deadlines and communication streams
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with MS Teams and digital scheduling tools

Nice to Have

• Background in learning coordination or educational delivery
• Comfort using Notion, Google Suite, and Monday.com
• Familiarity with working in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment
• Confidence in running training sessions or onboarding processes
• Experience managing external partners, suppliers, or freelancer pools
