Purpose of the Role

As a Facilitator at Data Literacy Academy, you will collaborate closely with the Education team to support the online delivery of content to leading global corporations to optimise data learning. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the trajectory of a rapidly growing startup while honing your skills in process management.

Salary

£30 / Class (standard sessions are 1 hour in duration; occasional sessions may vary in length)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming presence and supportive backbone to help deliver engaging Data Literacy Academy classes (classes typically last one hour - with some longer sessions).
• Manages the learning environment by: 
  
  • admitting participants
  • introducing the Educator and session content
  • moderating the chat,
  • organising breakout rooms and polls,
  •  and concluding the call.
• Adapt and problem solve in live scenarios.
• Capture valuable use-case insights and feedback.
• Prior to each session, Facilitators collaborate with the Educator 15 minutes in advance.
• Distribute attendance reports, transcripts, and recordings to the appropriate channels post-class.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding class and certification logistics.
